  • Yes — absolutely. Recycled water in our Ecoluxe carwashes goes through a multi-step filtration and treatment process to ensure it's clean to safely wash vehicles providing a premium clean.

    The result after we treat our water is clean, non-potable water that’s perfect for car washing.

  • All of the water supplied though our Ecoluxe Auto-Shine Manual Self-Serve Bays is potable softened water straight from the tap and put through our water softening systems.

  • The Ecoluxe Carwash app can be easily downloaded for free from the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

    After registering with your number plate, you can buy washes at any of our carwash sites.

    When driving through our automatic machines the attached camera scans your number plate, you choose your pre-booked wash and start the wash on the app.

    In a few steps you will have a sparkling clean and shiny vehicle.

  • If your number plate number is not read, you have the option of starting the wash manually within the app on the start page of the respective operator.

    To do this, click on "My wash won't start" and follow the instructions on your phone.

  • Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time.

    If you cancel the subscription within the term, you may of course still use the subscription until the end of the booked month.

  • Our Automatic Carwash Systems for both Soft-touch and Touchfree are taller than the average systems around.

    In our carwash at Maitland the max height is 2.30m through the Automatic system.

  • Our carwashes can fit the largest of passenger cars with a wash width up to 2.58m.

  • At our Maitland site our Self-serve Washbay accommodates vehicles up to 3.0m in height.
