At Ecoluxe Auto-Shine, our *Unlimited Wash Subscriptions are designed to give our members incredible value, convenience, and the freedom to enjoy a clean vehicle whenever they like.

To ensure the system remains fair, available, and sustainable for all Luxe Club members and other non-membership customers, the following Fair Use Policy applies to all *Unlimited Wash subscription plans.

What “*Unlimited” Means

“*Unlimited” means you can wash your registered vehicle as often as you like, provided the usage is:

• For personal use.

• For one registered vehicle per subscription and

• Used in a reasonable and responsible manner

There is no set cap on washes per month — we do ask subscribed members that they use the service as intended.

Reasonable Use Expectations

Ecoluxe considers reasonable use to be consistent with how a typical private vehicle owner would wash their car for cleanliness and presentation.

Examples of reasonable use include:

• Washing after rain, dirt, or travel where the vehicle becomes dirty.

• Multiple washes per week if desired, not on consecutive days unless the previous point applies.

• Up to 3 washes per week.

What Is Not Considered Fair Use

The following uses are not permitted under *Unlimited Wash Subscription Plans:

• Washing multiple vehicles under one subscription plan.

• Sharing your subscription plan, access or licence plates with others (Automatic Licence Plate Recognition and Cue Cameras identify the Vehicle Type with the Rego).

• Commercial use (including rideshare, delivery fleets, trade vehicles, car dealers, detailers, smash repairs or business vehicles unless on an approved business plan).

• Washing the same vehicle multiple times in a short period without the vehicle leaving the site.

• Using the wash as part of a detailing or cleaning service for others.

• Intentional or excessive use that impacts other customers’ access to the wash.

• Ongoing multiple washes per week where Ecoluxe identifies the subscription is not being used as intended.

Vehicle Registration Requirement

Each *Unlimited Wash Subscription is linked to one nominated vehicle registration.
The system may uses number plate recognition and usage monitoring to enforce this policy.

Monitoring & Misuse

Ecoluxe Auto-Shine monitors usage patterns to protect the integrity of the service for all members and non-membership customers.

If usage is identified as excessive, suspicious, commercial, or outside fair use, we reserve the right to:

1. Contact the member to discuss the activity.

2. Review the membership and subscription to consider applying a temporary suspension.

3. Cancel the membership and subscription without refund for breach of this fair use policy.

Designed for Private Vehicle Owners

*Unlimited Wash Subscription plans are priced for private motorists.
If you operate a business vehicle, fleet, dealership, or commercial service, please contact us for a Business Wash Plan tailored to your needs.

Ecoluxe offer business proposals with volume matrices and other personalised commercial offerings based on industry needs that are available where requested by registered businesses with a current active ACN / ABN.

Our Commitment

We will never limit genuine members with subscriptions who are simply keeping their car clean and enjoying the service ‘as intended’.

This policy exists only to prevent clear and ongoing misuse so we can continue offering premium *unlimited washes at exceptional value.

Additional Family & Friend Vehicles

With each *Unlimited Wash Subscription being linked to one main nominated vehicle registration, Ecoluxe allow for Family & Friends to add their vehicle to an existing Luxe Membership which may attract additional discounts for each additional family and friend that sign their vehicle up to a new subscription plan.

Additional family and friend members that can join an existing Luxe Club Membership is capped at 5 Vehicles.
