At Ecoluxe Auto-Shine, our *Unlimited Wash Subscriptions are designed to deliver premium value, convenience, and flexibility for private vehicle owners.

To ensure availability, fairness, and sustainability for all members and casual customers, this Fair Use Policy applies to all Unlimited Wash Subscription plans.

What “*Unlimited” Means

“Unlimited” means members may wash their registered vehicle regularly throughout the month, subject to reasonable personal use and compliance with this Policy.

Unlimited does not mean unrestricted or excessive use.

Each subscription:

• Applies to one registered vehicle only

• Is for private, non-commercial use

• Must be used in a reasonable manner consistent with typical vehicle maintenance

Ecoluxe reserves the right to monitor usage patterns to ensure compliance.

Reasonable Use Guidelines

Reasonable use reflects how an average private vehicle owner would maintain cleanliness and presentation.

As a guide:

• 1 wash per week is considered standard use.

• Up to 2 washes in a week may be reasonable during periods of heavy rain, travel, or unusual vehicle soiling.

• Consecutive-day washes are not permitted unless approved by management.

• Usage significantly exceeding typical private vehicle patterns may be reviewed.

These guidelines ensure members can receive excellent value (typically averaging $9+ per wash across the month) while maintaining fairness for all customers.

What Is Not Fair Use

The following activities are not permitted under an Unlimited Subscription:

• Washing multiple vehicles under one subscription.

• Sharing subscription access, number plates, or accounts.

• Commercial or business use (rideshare, delivery, trade vehicles, dealerships, detailing services, smash repairers, fleet vehicles), unless on an approved Business Plan.

• Washing the same vehicle multiple times without leaving the premises.

• Using the facility as part of a third-party cleaning or detailing service.

• Excessive or abnormal usage that impacts other customers’ access.

• Any misuse identified through Licence Plate Recognition (LPR) or CCTV systems.

Vehicle Registration Requirement

Each *Unlimited Wash Subscription is linked to one nominated vehicle registration.
The system may uses number plate recognition and usage monitoring to enforce this policy.

Monitoring & Enforcement

Ecoluxe uses Automatic Licence Plate Recognition and site monitoring systems to ensure compliance.

If usage is identified as inconsistent with this Fair Use Policy, Ecoluxe may:

• Issue a warning,

• Suspend the subscription, or

• Cancel the subscription without refund for repeated or serious breaches.

*Unlimited Wash Subscription plans are priced for private motorists.
If you operate a business vehicle, fleet, dealership, or commercial service, please contact us for a Business Wash Plan tailored to your needs.

Ecoluxe offer business proposals with volume matrices and other personalised commercial offerings based on industry needs that are available where requested by registered businesses with a current active ACN / ABN.

Our Commitment

We will never limit genuine members with subscriptions who are simply keeping their car clean and enjoying the service ‘as intended’.

This policy exists only to prevent clear and ongoing misuse so we can continue offering premium *unlimited washes at exceptional value.

Additional Family & Friend Vehicles

With each *Unlimited Wash Subscription being linked to one main nominated vehicle registration, Ecoluxe allow for Family & Friends to add their vehicle to an existing Luxe Membership which may attract additional discounts for each additional family and friend that sign their vehicle up to a new subscription plan.

Additional family and friend members that can join an existing Luxe Club Membership is capped at 5 Vehicles.
