Intention of Notice

Ecoluxe Auto-Shine provides the below information for our customer to ensure they have the opportunity to experience the best our customer service and technology has to offer and to better understand automatic carwash restrictions your specific circumstances.

Vehicle Eligibility

Our automatic carwash systems are only suitable for standard passenger vehicles that meet the following requirements:

• Are within the posted height, width limits

• Do not have external modifications or accessories including, but not limited to:

  • Roof trays, roof pods, ladders or other roof-mounted accessories.

  • Tow bars with protruding accessories.

  • Wide wheels, deep-dish rims or low-profile tyres outside manufacturer specifications.

  • External antennas not factory-fitted or not removable, retractable.

• Are not damaged, including loose panels, cracked mirrors, unsecured trims, faulty wipers, or pre-existing body damage

• Have windows, sunroofs, fuel caps and doors fully closed and secure

Vehicles such as utes with trays, commercial vehicles, vans with external fittings, lifted vehicles, lowered vehicles, trailers, caravans, and non-standard vehicles must not use the automatic wash unless expressly approved at each site by signage by Ecoluxe Auto-Shine.

Customer Responsibility

It is the sole responsibility of the driver to ensure their vehicle is suitable for the automatic car wash before entry.

By proceeding into the wash bay, the customer confirms that:

• Their vehicle complies with all suitability requirements

• All accessories are removed or secured

• They accept the inherent risks associated with automated washing systems.

Limitation of Liability & Indemnity

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Ecoluxe Auto-Shine Pty Ltd and any associated entities accepts no liability for loss, damage or injury arising from:

  • Use of the automatic car wash by an unsuitable vehicle.

  • Pre-existing vehicle damage or defective fittings and/or

  • Failure to follow signage, instructions or safety notices.

• The customer indemnifies and releases Ecoluxe Auto-Shine, its owners, operators, employees and contractors from any claims, losses, damages or costs arising from improper or unsuitable use of the automatic car wash.

Nothing in this notice is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

Important Notice

If you are unsure whether your vehicle is suitable, do not enter the automatic wash.
Please speak with staff or use an alternative wash option.
